The promoter - cum - chief  functionary Dr. Ila Eswaraiah is a Post graduate in Sociology, possessing DMLT, practicing as Rural Medical Practitioner since 20 years, hailing   from  rural background. During the days of his education, he found his voluntary services were of great assistance and value to poor, illiterate and disabled men, women and aged. Moved by the needs of these persons, he came in contact with a few like minded persons. Their harmonious deliberations finally resulted in the formation and registration of RIDO service organisation, as a Forum to provide services and realise the set objectives.  RIDO was formed in the year 1994.
